Senior B2B Travel Sales Manager
Location: New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 5 years in travel industry (with strong B2B / sales experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source and onboard new B2B clients (travel agents, corporates, tour operators) for travel products.
- Generate leads, pitch proposals, and close partnerships for travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.).
- Maintain, nurture and upsell to existing B2B clients to maximize revenue.
- Liaise with internal operations / backend teams to ensure deliverability, pricing, inventory & service standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offers, and client feedback to improve offerings.
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, commission structures with clients & partners.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and report pipeline, forecasts, performance.
- Represent company in travel trade events, roadshows, client visits.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for B2B campaigns, co-brand promotions.
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the travel industry.
- Good network among travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel buyers.
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
- Understanding of travel products (packages, flights, hotels, transfers) and margins.
- Excellent communication, presentation & relationship management skills.
- Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent.
