Job Title: Technical Coordinator &ndash; Operations &amp; Accounts (HA) Location: Bahrain Department: Service &amp; OperationsPosition Summary: We are looking for a highly driven, result-oriented Technical Coordinator to take full ownership of operations coordination, accounts control, and ERP-driven workflows. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong control over service operations, financial discipline, and team coordination. Experience in Home Appliances (HA) service operations will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take end-to-end ownership of job flow (job creation &rarr; quotation &rarr; approval &rarr; invoicing &rarr; closure) through ERP and manualy as required.</li><li>Drive daily operations coordination ensuring strict TAT adherence</li><li>Control invoicing, expenses, collections, and GP tracking</li><li>Manage VAT documentation and support filing compliance</li><li>Ensure 100% ERP accuracy (job cards, parts, invoices, expenses)</li><li>Enforce process discipline and SOP adherence across teams</li><li>Prepare and monitor MIS reports, KPIs, and performance metrics</li><li>Handle vendor coordination, purchase tracking, and cost control</li><li>Perform secretarial and administrative functions (emails, documentation, follow-ups)</li><li>Support audits, financial reviews, and management reporting</li><li>Act as central coordination point between operations, accounts, and management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in operations coordination + accounting + ERP systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of invoicing, expenses, and VAT processes</li><li>Hands-on experience in VAT documentation / filing support</li><li>Experience in service industry (HA preferred)</li><li>Advanced skills in ERP and MS Excel (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication and assertive follow-up ability</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver results</li></ul>Preferred Profile:<ul><li>Process-driven and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong commercial mindset (cost control &amp; revenue focus)</li><li>High ownership attitude and execution-focused</li><li>Capable of handling cross-functional coordination</li></ul>Key KPIs:<ul><li>Job closure TAT</li><li>Invoice accuracy &amp; turnaround</li><li>ERP data accuracy</li><li>VAT compliance readiness</li><li>GP tracking &amp; cost control</li><li>Reporting discipline</li></ul>Eligibility: Only candidates currently based in Bahrain will be consideredJob Type: Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From BD300.000 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting : 2 years (Required)</li><li>operations coordination: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
