Technical Coordinator – Operations & Accounts

Job Title: Technical Coordinator – Operations & Accounts (HA)
Location: Bahrain

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven, result-oriented Technical Coordinator to take full ownership of operations coordination, accounts control, and ERP-driven workflows. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong control over service operations, financial discipline, and team coordination. Experience in Home Appliances (HA) service operations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of job flow (job creation → quotation → approval → invoicing → closure) through ERP and manualy as required.
  • Drive daily operations coordination ensuring strict TAT adherence
  • Control invoicing, expenses, collections, and GP tracking
  • Manage VAT documentation and support filing compliance
  • Ensure 100% ERP accuracy (job cards, parts, invoices, expenses)
  • Enforce process discipline and SOP adherence across teams
  • Prepare and monitor MIS reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Handle vendor coordination, purchase tracking, and cost control
  • Perform secretarial and administrative functions (emails, documentation, follow-ups)
  • Support audits, financial reviews, and management reporting
  • Act as central coordination point between operations, accounts, and management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations coordination + accounting + ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, expenses, and VAT processes
  • Hands-on experience in VAT documentation / filing support
  • Experience in service industry (HA preferred)
  • Advanced skills in ERP and MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and assertive follow-up ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

Eligibility:
Only candidates currently based in Bahrain will be considered

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From BD300.000 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting : 2 years (Required)
  • operations coordination: 1 year (Required)
