<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.</li><li>Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, advances).</li><li>Manage salary advances, loans, and deductions as per company policy.</li><li>Coordinate insurance additions/deletions and employee benefits.</li><li>Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.</li><li>Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.</li><li>Assist management in HR planning and organizational development.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Forex industry experience preferred</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processes, and payroll.</li><li>Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
