- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, advances).
- Manage salary advances, loans, and deductions as per company policy.
- Coordinate insurance additions/deletions and employee benefits.
- Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
- Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Assist management in HR planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Forex industry experience preferred
- 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processes, and payroll.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
