  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, advances).
  • Manage salary advances, loans, and deductions as per company policy.
  • Coordinate insurance additions/deletions and employee benefits.
  • Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Assist management in HR planning and organizational development.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Forex industry experience preferred
  • 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processes, and payroll.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
