Seeking a qualified candidate for an Office manager position with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within the construction Industry. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills and a collaborative &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude.Essential duties and responsibilities include:<ul><li>Demonstrates in depth knowledge of accounting principles</li><li>QuickBooks knowledge.</li><li>Textura and other online cloud-based payment management experience.</li><li>Journal entry preparations and account reconciliations</li><li>Assist in preparing audit schedules at year-end</li><li>Basic Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables knowledge</li><li>Ability to efficiently work toward and consistently meet deadlines</li><li>Document Imaging and great file organizational skills</li><li>Perform special projects, other ad-hoc duties, as needed</li></ul>Additional position requirements include the following:<ul><li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or similar discipline</li><li>Protects organization&rsquo;s value by keeping information confidential</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>Must be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize to accomplish goals</li><li>Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, plan for the long-term success of the organization and effectively delegate tasks</li><li>Have strong attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, take initiative and have a professional and service minded approach</li></ul>Day-to-Day Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounts Payables &ndash; office and supplier invoices. Checking the pricing</li><li>Document imaging</li><li>Accounts Receivables &ndash; tracking and follow up</li><li>Billing:</li></ul>-QuickBooks data entry and maintenance-Textura billing-Compliance management<ul><li>Lien waivers collection and review</li><li>Filing NTO</li><li>Insurance and Worker&rsquo;s Comp</li><li>GC prequalification assistance</li><li>Payroll</li><li>Filing</li><li>Bonding</li><li>Claims</li><li>Setting up new projects and folder structure</li><li>Active job list and their status maintenance</li><li>Monthly sales tax</li><li>License renewals</li><li>Monthly reconciliation (credit cards and bank statements)</li><li>CPA communication and audit participation</li><li>Answering the company phone and taking messages</li><li>Meeting and calendar maintenance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearEducation:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office management/accounting: 3 years (Required)</li><li>QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Notary Public (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
