Seeking a qualified candidate for an Office manager position with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within the construction Industry. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills and a collaborative “can-do” attitude.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of accounting principles
- QuickBooks knowledge.
- Textura and other online cloud-based payment management experience.
- Journal entry preparations and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing audit schedules at year-end
- Basic Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables knowledge
- Ability to efficiently work toward and consistently meet deadlines
- Document Imaging and great file organizational skills
- Perform special projects, other ad-hoc duties, as needed
Additional position requirements include the following:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize to accomplish goals
- Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, plan for the long-term success of the organization and effectively delegate tasks
- Have strong attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, take initiative and have a professional and service minded approach

- Accounts Receivables – tracking and follow up

-QuickBooks data entry and maintenance

- Lien waivers collection and review
- Filing NTO
- Insurance and Worker’s Comp
- GC prequalification assistance
- Payroll
- Filing
- Bonding
- Claims
- Setting up new projects and folder structure
- Active job list and their status maintenance
- Monthly sales tax
- License renewals
- Monthly reconciliation (credit cards and bank statements)
- CPA communication and audit participation
- Answering the company phone and taking messages
- Meeting and calendar maintenance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
