The Investment &amp; Retail Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing potential investors to support the company&rsquo;s retail expansion, including new garment retail outlets, shop-in-shop models, and large-scale business growth initiatives. The role requires strong investment acquisition skills, market analysis expertise, and the ability to build strategic partnerships that accelerate the company&rsquo;s retail footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Acquisition &amp; Funding<ul><li>Identify, approach, and engage potential investors, partners, and funding institutions.</li><li>Present investment proposals, business plans, and ROI models to prospective investors.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with private investors, family offices, and investment groups.</li><li>Prepare financial projections and investment decks for retail expansion projects.</li><li>Negotiate investment terms aligned with company growth goals.</li></ul>Retail Expansion &amp; Growth<ul><li>Identify new retail locations, shop-in-shop opportunities, and garment store expansion prospects.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies, demographic analysis, and market research for new outlets.</li><li>Collaborate with retail operations and finance teams to finalize expansion plans.</li><li>Support the rollout and opening of new stores, ensuring alignment with growth strategy.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Business Strategy<ul><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investment market behavior.</li><li>Develop strategies to strengthen the company&rsquo;s retail presence and brand visibility.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on investor pipeline, retail growth opportunities, and project status.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong relationships with landlords, mall management, developers, and retail partners.</li><li>Maintain long-term communication with existing investors and strategic partners.</li><li>Represent the company at investment forums, exhibitions, and business networking platforms.</li></ul>Skills &amp; QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years in investment acquisition, business development, retail expansion, or related roles.</li><li>Experience in garments/fashion retail highly preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of securing investors or funding for business growth.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent investor pitching and presentation abilities.</li><li>Financial modeling &amp; investment analysis.</li><li>Retail market knowledge (garments, fashion, shop-in-shop).</li><li>Relationship-building and strategic thinking.</li></ul>Location: Mall of LahoreTo apply please share your CV at WhatsApp +92-336-4359850 (rapid response)Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Remote: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
