Operations Officer

The Operations/Facility Officer works under the supervision of the Operations/Facility Manager and is responsible for supporting and executing daily operational activities of aesthetic clinic facilities.

The role focuses on cost-effective purchasing, and timely maintenance management to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations/Facility Manager in managing day-to-day operational activities of aesthetic clinics.
  • Execute operational tasks and assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Manage and monitor operational support staff to ensure assigned duties are properly completed.
  • Source and procure operational supplies and materials from the market at cost-effective and competitive rates.
  • Maintain strong market contacts for economical purchasing of clinic and operational requirements.
  • Utilize market references and vendor contacts for maintenance, repair, and technical works.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for timely repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure clinic premises remain operationally ready, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory and report purchasing requirements to the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain records of operational activities, vendor coordination, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Support implementation of operational improvements and cost-control measures.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Management.

Job Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)

Market Competitive Salary subjected to evaluation during the interview
