Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- 2- 5 years of experience in relevant field. Candidates with a corporate or sales background will be preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills necessary
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative activities smoothly
- Coordinate and monitor traveling allowance (TA), conveyance, and related expenses
- Oversee office stationery, inventory control, and timely procurement
- Ensure proper maintenance of company cars, including service schedules and repairs
- Maintain complete car documentation files (registration, insurance, token tax, maintenance records, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors/workshops for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Manage and supervise administrative staff and support staff
- Handle directors’ schedules, activities, meetings, and administrative support
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and assets
