Administrative Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • 2- 5 years of experience in relevant field. Candidates with a corporate or sales background will be preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills necessary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative activities smoothly
  • Coordinate and monitor traveling allowance (TA), conveyance, and related expenses
  • Oversee office stationery, inventory control, and timely procurement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company cars, including service schedules and repairs
  • Maintain complete car documentation files (registration, insurance, token tax, maintenance records, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors/workshops for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff and support staff
  • Handle directors’ schedules, activities, meetings, and administrative support
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
