HR & Admin Officer

HR & Admin Officer – Leading Hotel Industry – Karachi

HRCONSOL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Officer for a leading hotel in Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions, payroll, employee relations, administration, and fleet management to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Maintain HR records and employee files accurately
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports, attendance, and leave management records

Administration & Operations:

  • Supervise administrative functions including office management, procurement, and vendor management
  • Manage company fleet and related operations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Admin role, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive package: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
