Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in construction processes, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.</li><li>Lead a team of technicians and laborers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, labor hours, and any incidents that occur on site.</li><li>Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction tasks to optimize workflow and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for use by the team.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.</li><li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks as required by the job.
