Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Installer and bring expert craftsmanship to residential and commercial remodeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing cabinets with precision and care, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in construction techniques, blueprint reading, and material installation will help transform spaces into functional and beautiful environments. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install cabinets according to specifications.
  • Measure dimensional requirements precisely using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Install cabinets, fixtures, trim carpentry, and related building materials using power tools, hand tools, ladders, and heavy equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating equipment such as scaffolding or lifts; ensure safe use of ladders during installation tasks.
  • Perform related tasks including caulking, sealing, finishing surfaces, and restoring areas post-installation for a polished look.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each job site.

Experience

  • Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work within construction or remodeling environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, estimating processes, and inspection procedures.
  • Familiarity with construction materials such as tile masonry, stucco, roofing components, and building fixtures.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming or finishing is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings including schematics and blueprints; experience reading construction plans essential.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery operation where applicable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
