OverviewWe are a fast-growing property management/maintenance company seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our apartment turnover team. Our crew plays a critical role in preparing units for new tenants by ensuring they are clean, safe, and move-in ready.ResponsibilitiesCleaners:<ul><li>Deep clean apartments after tenant move-outs</li><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces</li><li>Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and windows</li><li>Remove trash and debris</li></ul>Carpenters / Handymen:<ul><li>Perform basic carpentry and repair work</li><li>Install/repair doors, trim, and fixtures</li><li>Patch drywall, paint, and complete minor renovations</li><li>Ensure units meet quality and safety standards</li><li>Basic plumbing &amp; basic electrical</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidates)</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Must be dependable and punctual</li></ul>Join our team today!Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hourWork Location: In person
