Apartment Turnover Crew – Cleaners & Carpenters Needed

Overview

We are a fast-growing property management/maintenance company seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our apartment turnover team. Our crew plays a critical role in preparing units for new tenants by ensuring they are clean, safe, and move-in ready.

Responsibilities

Cleaners:

• Deep clean apartments after tenant move-outs
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and windows
• Remove trash and debris

Carpenters / Handymen:

• Perform basic carpentry and repair work
• Install/repair doors, trim, and fixtures
• Patch drywall, paint, and complete minor renovations
• Ensure units meet quality and safety standards
• Basic plumbing & basic electrical

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidates)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and punctual
