Overview <p>We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Attorney, you will be responsible for handling legal matters for our clients, providing sound legal advice, and representing them in court proceedings.</p> Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on various matters such as contracts, business transactions, intellectual property, employment law, and other relevant areas</li><li>Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal documents and precedents to support client cases</li><li>Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, briefs, pleadings, and other related materials</li><li>Represent clients in court proceedings including trials, hearings, and negotiations</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized legal solutions</li><li>Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to develop effective strategies for client cases</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate</li><li>Proven experience working as an attorney with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations pertaining to business transactions, contracts, employment law, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (Arabic is an added advantage)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research on complex legal issues</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li></ul> Application <p>This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
