Job Summary We are seeking experienced, hands-on, ready to hit the ground running Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling, making coffee drinks and making sure the front of the house is always prestine. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all dining experiences meet our high standards of quality. Proven experience will be needed as well as hands on motivated individual.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.</li><li>Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms.</li><li>Assist in all areas of the front. Making sure that everything is always clean.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.</li><li>Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food preparation and service techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is essential.</li><li>Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are crucial for success in this role.</li></ul>Join us as we strive to deliver memorable dining experiences that keep our guests returning for more!Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
