Barista Cashier - Experienced

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, hands-on, ready to hit the ground running Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling, making coffee drinks and making sure the front of the house is always prestine. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all dining experiences meet our high standards of quality. Proven experience will be needed as well as hands on motivated individual.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms.
• Assist in all areas of the front. Making sure that everything is always clean.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food preparation and service techniques.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
