Our growing team is known for its collaborative spirit, high success rate, and commitment to clients and community.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a passionate Immigration Attorney (3+ years of experience) who wants to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in court, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of immigrants.You&rsquo;ll handle your own caseload, represent clients before USCIS and EOIR, draft persuasive legal filings, and mentor a dedicated team of paralegals. You&rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to learn directly from a litigation-focused, entrepreneurial law firm and contribute to shaping the future of our practice.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Advocate for Clients</li><li>Represent clients in adjustment of status, asylum, and naturalization interviews, as well as removal defense hearings before EOIR.</li><li>Litigation &amp; Writing</li><li>Draft and file motions, briefs, and appeals with USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA.</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>Supervise and mentor paralegals/legal assistants to ensure case quality and timely filings.</li><li>Case Preparation</li><li>Work on complex applications such as I-485, I-589, cancellation of removal, TPS, naturalization, U visas, and VAWA petitions.</li><li>Client Communication</li><li>Maintain regular, clear communication and manage deadlines.</li><li>Stay Current</li><li>Track immigration law and policy changes to strengthen case strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney.</li><li>Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.</li><li>Commitment to immigrant rights and client-centered representation.</li></ul>What We Offer.<ul><li>Salary Range: $135,000 &ndash; $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications plus performance-based bonus.</li><li>Professional Development: CLE support, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.</li><li>Supportive Culture: Work with a passionate, mission-driven team.</li><li>Annual bar dues covered by the firm.</li><li>Benefits: Paid time off (vacation + sick leave), professional development assistance.</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, in-person at our Miami office.</li><li>Health &amp; Retirement Benefits.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At De la Vega Law, you&rsquo;re a key part of a firm shaping immigration advocacy in Florida and beyond.
