We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team!As a Real Estate Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Manage schedules based on agents needs and home availability for photos</li><li>Manage lockbox tracking</li><li>Location tracking to ensure time is being properly utilized</li><li>Go over Field Coordinators daily scheduled and follow up</li><li>Review correspondents between Agent Liaison and Agent to determine whether photo scheduling has already been discussed</li><li>Communicate with LA Print/other printing company to schedule pick-ups and deliveries of marketing materials based on completion and Field Coordinator schedule</li><li>Keep track of properties that need listing signs based on daily requests/schedule sign placement on Field Coordinators calendar</li><li>Order signs, posts, and addition riders based on request</li><li>Answering a multi-line phone system</li><li>All incoming and outgoing mail</li><li>Maintain office and track office inventory</li></ul>Qualities and Qualifications:<ul><li>Must type minimum 50 wpm</li><li>Organized and able to take direction</li><li>Great multitasker who can keep up with a fast-paced environment</li><li>Motivated, independent problem solver</li><li>People person with exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work some weekends</li></ul>Education, Training and Experience:<ul><li>Some college course work preferred</li><li>1 years&rsquo; experience as a Scheduling Coordinator</li></ul>PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SCHEDULING COORDINATION EXPERIENCE.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
