Experience: 5+ Years Work Model: Hybrid Shift: US Shift &ndash; EST Timings Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Compensation: Highly Competitive / Exciting Salary PackageKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, verification, and posting</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in line with agreed terms</li><li>Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently</li><li>Handle AP aging, accruals, and month-end closing activities</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (US-based) for query resolution</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements</li><li>Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations</li><li>Maintain accurate AP records and documentation</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounts payable cycles, reconciliations, and accruals</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)</li><li>Experience working with US clients / US shift (EST) preferred</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERPs (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts payable: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>FLUENT ENGLISH (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
