Position: Billing Specialist
Reports To: Operations Manager, Texas and Offshore Fleet
Worksite: Houston Texas
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Essential Job Duties:
<ul><li>Process all tickets and get approvals for invoicing</li><li>
Ascend &ndash; order entry, delivery, invoice auditing, print/send, credit rebills</li><li>
Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices</li><li>
Answer phones</li><li>
General clerical duties</li><li>
Knowledge of basic accounting principals</li><li>
Inventory support</li><li>
Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
At least 18 years of age.
</li><li>Reliable Transportation to and from Work.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with little supervision</li><li>
Dependable/ reliable</li><li>
Ability to pay close attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
High School Diploma (or equivalent).</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>
Prior experience as an Administrator Assistant</li></ul></div>
