As a server, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments by providing attentive, friendly service, and showcasing your culinary knowledge and sales skills. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including food ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to answer guest questions confidently</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities</li><li>Manage guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, and setting up dining areas for service</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale environments</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable reservations is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and check splitting</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor</li><li>Experience in serving at nightclubs or high-volume venues is advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your food industry skills, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant setting.
