We are professional, agile and supportive.Our work environment includes:<ul><li>Modern office setting</li><li>Safe work environment</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Casual work attire</li></ul>```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the organization and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area```Experience``` - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Typing speed and accuracy - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred - Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines is beneficial - Experience in commercial construction is a bonus but not requiredThis position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential.Please note that this is not a remote position.
