This role ensures smooth front-office operations, provides customer assistance, and helps with reporting, documentation, and special projects across both departments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment</li><li>Greet customers promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member</li><li>Answer inbound calls in a timely and courteous manner and route appropriately</li><li>Create and maintain organized and accurate filing systems (paper and electronic)</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendar events</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries</li><li>Assist the Sales team with documentation and administrative paperwork</li><li>Provide support to the Accounting team</li><li>Copy, file, and maintain business records</li><li>Complete special projects as assigned</li><li>Type a minimum of 40 words per minute with accuracy</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>High school diploma required</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong listening and customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of Accounting especially accounts payable and accounts receivable preferred</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Professional demeanor and ability to multitask</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM (as needed)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $13.00 &ndash; $18.00 per hour (based on qualifications)</li><li>Full-time position</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
