Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist &ndash; Aesthetic &amp; Wellness PracticeAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring a reliable, well-rounded Medical Assistant who&rsquo;s passionate about patient care, aesthetics, and wellness. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support providers during treatments, prep rooms with precision, and help ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where attention to detail matters&mdash;and you&rsquo;re excited about skincare, IV therapy, and helping people look and feel their best&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do Clinical Support &amp; Patient Care<ul><li>Assist providers with IV therapy, injectables, and aesthetic treatments</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms, set up trays, and sterilize equipment to protocol</li><li>Record vitals, medical history, and treatment notes with accuracy and care</li><li>Perform or assist with phlebotomy, specimen collection, and injections (as appropriate)</li><li>Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the EMR system</li></ul>Patient Experience &amp; Front Office Support<ul><li>Greet and room patients with warmth and professionalism</li><li>Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare, and wellness routines</li><li>Support patient reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling as needed</li><li>Help maintain a serene, clean, and organized clinical space throughout the day</li></ul>Team Collaboration &amp; Operations<ul><li>Participate in team meetings and trainings</li><li>Support inventory management, restocking, and supply tracking</li><li>Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1+ year of experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics (required)</li><li>Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and professionalism</li><li>Background in skincare, wellness, or integrative medicine is a plus</li><li>Comfortable supporting IVs, injections, and phlebotomy (experience preferred)</li><li>EMR proficiency and comfort with digital tools (required)</li><li>MA certification preferred, but not required</li></ul>Bonus Points If You&hellip;<ul><li>Have worked in a dermatology, medspa, or aesthetics setting</li><li>Are passionate about skincare and learning new treatments</li></ul>Why Join This Practice?<ul><li>Calm, wellness-focused work environment with top-tier services</li><li>Supportive team culture that values clinical excellence and care</li><li>Discounts on services and wellness treatments</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development opportunities</li><li>Room to grow with a thriving aesthetic brand</li></ul>Please note: This opportunity is not a role with Moxie.
