Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist – Aesthetic & Wellness Practice

About the Role

We’re hiring a reliable, well-rounded Medical Assistant who’s passionate about patient care, aesthetics, and wellness. In this role, you’ll support providers during treatments, prep rooms with precision, and help ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Support & Patient Care

• Assist providers with IV therapy, injectables, and aesthetic treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms, set up trays, and sterilize equipment to protocol
• Record vitals, medical history, and treatment notes with accuracy and care
• Perform or assist with phlebotomy, specimen collection, and injections (as appropriate)
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the EMR system

Patient Experience & Front Office Support

• Greet and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare, and wellness routines
• Support patient reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling as needed
• Help maintain a serene, clean, and organized clinical space throughout the day

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Support inventory management, restocking, and supply tracking
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics (required)
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and professionalism
• Background in skincare, wellness, or integrative medicine is a plus
• Comfortable supporting IVs, injections, and phlebotomy (experience preferred)
• EMR proficiency and comfort with digital tools (required)
• MA certification preferred, but not required
