What this job involves <ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the construction of prefabricated steel warehouses, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.</li><li>Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving on-site challenges.</li></ul> Desired or preferred experience and technical skills <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in construction project management, with a focus on prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses, or factories.</li><li>Proven expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.</li></ul>Location: On-site - Jeddah, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
