The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing civil works, managing labor teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure execution aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain site safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain site documentation including work logs, attendance, and inspection records</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in civil site execution (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication and team management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with local labor laws and site compliance norms</li></ul><ul><li>Must be native of Kurnool or nearby Area</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul><ul><li>Local Travel allowance (if applicable)</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-impact regional projects</li></ul><ul><li>Professional growth and training support</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil engineering: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
