Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil Works

Location: Kurnool, Chetla mallapuram, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at our project site in Kurnool. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing civil works, managing labor teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site

• Ensure execution aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications

• Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager

• Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently

• Maintain site safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance

• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery

• Maintain site documentation including work logs, attendance, and inspection records

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in civil site execution (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects)

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good communication and team management skills

• Familiarity with local labor laws and site compliance norms

• Must be native of Kurnool or nearby Area

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
