About You We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team, bringing a strong background in financial management and business partnering. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preferred CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification. Key Qualifications <ul> <li>Proven experience in a Business Partnering role, ideally within a group or multi-business environment.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of financial systems and financial reporting.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.</li> <li>Relevant commercial experience in large, complex organisations.</li> </ul> Skills and Attributes <ul> <li>Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build effective, collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> About The Role We're seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to deliver real-time, accurate financial insights that empower executive leaders and shape commercial outcomes. This is a pivotal role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions to maximise value and manage risk.
