Job Summary We are seeking experienced and compassionate clinicians to join our Mobile Crisis Response team. This role provides immediate, community-based crisis intervention to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use emergencies. Services are delivered in homes and community settings, with a focus on rapid assessment, de-escalation, and stabilization.The Mobile Crisis Response Specialist will utilize clinical skills to assess risk, develop safety plans, and determine appropriate levels of care. This position requires strong decision-making, the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to behavioral health crisis calls in the community (homes, schools, public settings)</li><li>Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments, including suicide and risk evaluations</li><li>Provide immediate crisis intervention and de-escalation to stabilize individuals</li><li>Develop and implement individualized safety plans</li><li>Determine appropriate level of care (outpatient, crisis stabilization, inpatient hospitalization, detox, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate care with hospitals, law enforcement, CSBs, and community providers</li><li>Provide support, education, and guidance to clients and families during crisis situations</li><li>Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field</li><li>MCR Certificate</li></ul>Preferred / Accepted Credentials:<ul><li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)</li><li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)</li><li>Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)</li><li>Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)</li><li>Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS)</li><li>CSAC-A, QMHP-Trainee, or license-eligible candidates encouraged to apply</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related field preferred</li><li>Strong assessment, de-escalation, and clinical decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress and unpredictable environments</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation required</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>Pay: $60.00 per hourLicense/Certification:<ul><li>MCR Certificate (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
