This paid position offers an opportunity to grow your skills in a rewarding environment committed to quality patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver quality healthcare services in clients&rsquo; homes</li><li>Perform light housekeeping and assist with daily household tasks</li><li>Safely transport and accompany clients to medical appointments or hospital visits</li><li>Support clients with personal care needs, including hygiene and grooming</li><li>Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients&rsquo; health and condition</li><li>Maintain accurate care records and document all services provided</li><li>Assist clients with mobility, including walking and transfers</li><li>Provide companionship and offer emotional and psychological support</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Demonstrated experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)</li><li>Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and proper personal hygiene practices</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li><li>Solid understanding of basic nursing and healthcare practices</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and client-focused demeanor</li><li>Current CPR certification</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license or state-issued identification</li><li>Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening</li><li>High school diploma or GED (if required)</li><li>Active professional certification or license</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience preferred; newly licensed CNAs or HHAs are encouraged to apply</li><li>Male caregivers are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Join us in providing exceptional home &amp; community care that enriches lives!
