Responsibilities

• Deliver quality healthcare services in clients’ homes
• Perform light housekeeping and assist with daily household tasks
• Safely transport and accompany clients to medical appointments or hospital visits
• Support clients with personal care needs, including hygiene and grooming
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients’ health and condition
• Maintain accurate care records and document all services provided
• Assist clients with mobility, including walking and transfers
• Provide companionship and offer emotional and psychological support

Skills

• Demonstrated experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and proper personal hygiene practices
• Strong communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of basic nursing and healthcare practices
• Compassionate, patient, and client-focused demeanor
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification
• Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
• High school diploma or GED (if required)
• Active professional certification or license
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred; newly licensed CNAs or HHAs are encouraged to apply
