Infant Nanny + Household Support

A warm, energetic family in Waunakee, WI is seeking an experienced infant nanny to join their home ASAP. This position is primarily focused on caring for their infant, with occasional care for their toddler (who is in school most of the day).

This is a “love hard, have fun” kind of family looking for someone who will become a steady, supportive presence in their home for the next 7–8+ months.

About the Position

• Primarily infant care
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 7–8+ months
• Two large, friendly dogs in the home
• Pool access for summer days
• Bishops Bay membership access included

Schedule

The family is looking for someone with flexibility. Example schedule options include:

• 7am–1/2pm some days
• 9am–5pm other days
• Split shift option: 7–11am & 3–7pm
• Some Saturday availability (open to every other)
• Thursday evenings would be especially helpful

Guaranteed hours and potential benefits allotment are open for discussion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engaged, attentive infant care
• Supporting toddler during school transitions as needed
• Creating a calm, nurturing environment

Household Support (while infant naps)

Ideal candidate is comfortable with:

• Cleaning bottles and pump parts
• Family laundry
• Daily tidying (family has a regular house cleaner)
• Light grocery shopping (mom comfortable with baby monitor while out)
• Meal prep / prepping family dinners
• General household management tasks

Ideal Candidate

• Infant experience required
• Confident managing a baby independently
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable with dogs
• Flexible and dependable
• Household management experience is a strong plus
• Long-term mindset for the 7–8 month commitment

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
