If you&rsquo;re passionate about nurturing families and helping newborns thrive, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Position Details:<ul><li>Service Areas: Madison, Milwaukee, Rockford, and surrounding communities</li><li>Hours: Flexible &mdash; daytime, overnight, and weekend shifts available</li><li>Start Dates: Ongoing opportunities throughout 2026</li><li>Pay Range: Depending on experience and shift type</li><li>Employment Type: Independent Contractor</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking For Team Members Who:<ul><li>Have professional experience supporting postpartum families (doula, newborn care specialist, or infant nanny experience preferred)</li><li>Are kind, dependable, and professional in clients&rsquo; homes</li><li>Have up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start)</li><li>Value communication, respect, and teamwork</li><li>Have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to families within our service areas</li></ul>Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide hands-on support for new parents during the postpartum period</li><li>Assist with newborn care, feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques</li><li>Support families with sleep and feeding routines</li><li>Offer light household help related to baby (bottle washing, laundry, meal prep, etc.)</li><li>Encourage emotional well-being and normalize the postpartum transition</li><li>Maintain open communication and uphold Sun &amp; Stars&rsquo; standards of care</li></ul>Why Join Sun &amp; Stars:At Sun &amp; Stars Nanny &amp; Newborn Care, we believe in supporting both families and caregivers.
