Senior Graphic Designer

<ul><li>Monitor and verify daily inventory across all countries through online platforms, ensuring alignment with actual stock.</li><li>Coordinate with e-store teams to update inventory levels daily and maintain stock accuracy across all websites.</li><li>Request and follow up on the replenishment of best-selling items to ensure continuous product availability online.</li><li>Prepare and submit a bi-monthly inventory report for all countries.</li><li>Verify and confirm all debit/credit transactions in the OTS system from payment gateways (e.g., Tap, Tabby, Tamara, etc.).</li><li>Update product status and quantities on websites to match system records (Product Profile).</li><li>Update COD payment details based on the list received from Airborne (OTS &amp; Airborne).</li><li>Follow up on logistics operations across the GCC, ensuring timely restocking of products and packing materials.</li><li>Prepare monthly stock audit reports.</li><li>Process and follow up on customer refunds as per standard procedure.</li><li>Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are strictly followed.</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of E-Commerce and other relevant departments to achieve organizational goals and targets.</li><li>Manage website and mobile app content, including updating banners, product photos, and textual information as required.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of online operations, including financial tracking, stock coordination, content management, and marketplace interface (Noon, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).</li><li>Continuously update inventory, user interface, and newly added products on both Amazon and Noon platforms, ensuring consistent sales growth.</li><li>Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of online warehouse supplies and promotional (free) items across the GCC.</li><li>Reconcile monthly courier company invoices.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of E-Commerce.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-Store Auditor: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
