Job Summary:The Plumber &amp; Electrician (PEB Structure) is responsible for carrying out all plumbing and electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work at PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) project sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitary lines in industrial and structural facilities.Key Responsibilities: Plumbing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install and maintain water supply pipelines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings in PEB structures.</li><li>Carry out plumbing layout and connections for restrooms, overhead tanks, and utility areas.</li><li>Repair leakages, blockages, valves, and pressure lines.</li><li>Support in installing industrial water lines, pump connections, and drainage points.</li><li>Perform hydro testing and ensure plumbing works meet required standards and project drawings.</li></ul>Electrical Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, connect, and maintain electrical wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, and control panels in PEB buildings.</li><li>Lay electrical conduits and cable trays as per design drawings and safety standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, switches, motors, and equipment connections.</li><li>Ensure proper earthing, load balancing, and cable terminations.</li><li>Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical installations at site.</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Read and interpret plumbing and electrical layout drawings.</li><li>Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers, welders, fabricators, and civil teams for installation alignment.</li><li>Maintain daily work records, material usage, and report progress to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with applicable safety and quality standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Plumbing &amp; Electrical or relevant trade certification.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in plumbing and electrical work at industrial / PEB project sites.</li><li>Knowledge of PEB structure layout, installation methods, and utility connections.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of site safety norms.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in construction site conditions.</li></ul>Work Location:PEB Project Site (Industrial / Factory / Warehouse Construction)Employment Type:Full-Time / Project-BasedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
