Facility Management Supervisor

A premier property and asset management firm dedicated to maintaining world-class standards across our residential and commercial portfolios is looking for a proactive, technically sound Facility Management Supervisor to oversee our daily operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our properties run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Control: Oversee day-to-day maintenance, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC systems, janitorial, and security operations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and evaluate on-site technicians, contractors, and cleaning staff.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external service providers, negotiate service contracts, and ensure third-party deliverables meet company KPIs.
• Inspections & Safety: Conduct routine property walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and strictly enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Budget Tracking: Manage operational budgets, review service quotes, and monitor utility consumption to implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility management or property maintenance supervision.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems, building automation systems (BAS), and proficiency in CAFM/CMMS software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License
