The role involves calling potential leads, explaining our services, and scheduling meetings for the Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and able to handle high-volume outbound calls.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.</li><li>Explain products/services clearly and professionally.</li><li>Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Engineer team.</li><li>Maintain and update the lead database regularly.</li><li>Follow up with leads to ensure meeting attendance and conversion.</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and meeting targets.</li><li>Share daily call reports and meeting updates with the sales team.</li><li>Handle objections and provide accurate information as needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Female candidates only.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Prior BPO / Telecalling experience is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under target-driven environments.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (CRM entry, Excel, call logs).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Telecommunication: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
