Tele Calling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller (Female Only)

Experience: 1–3 years (BPO experience preferred)

Working Days: 6 days working alternate Saturday off

Job Summary

We are looking for a female Telecaller with excellent communication skills and prior experience in BPO or telecalling. The role involves calling potential leads, explaining our services, and scheduling meetings for the Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and able to handle high-volume outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Engineer team.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
• Follow up with leads to ensure meeting attendance and conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and meeting targets.
• Share daily call reports and meeting updates with the sales team.
• Handle objections and provide accurate information as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior BPO / Telecalling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under target-driven environments.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM entry, Excel, call logs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
