About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining legal services, generating leads, and maintaining client relations with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the firm’s legal services.
• Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the legal team.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professionalism.
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to calls and lead generation.
• Follow company scripts and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Intermediate with good communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage.
