Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across various sites, ensuring efficient handling of materials and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position offers an engaging work environment where physical activity and teamwork are key to achieving goals.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, forklifts, and front loaders to move materials safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and placement according to safety standards.</li><li>Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and surrounding environments to uphold cleanliness standards.</li><li>Support waste management operations by managing garbage collection, disposal processes, and sanitation efforts.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to coordinate the movement of materials and maintain workflow continuity.</li><li>Conduct safety inspections on equipment before use and report any maintenance needs or hazards immediately.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience operating loader machinery, excavators, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.</li><li>Familiarity with sanitation practices related to waste management or recycling operations is advantageous.</li><li>Valid certification for forklift operation or heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness standards.
