Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, forklifts, and front loaders to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and placement according to safety standards.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and surrounding environments to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Support waste management operations by managing garbage collection, disposal processes, and sanitation efforts.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate the movement of materials and maintain workflow continuity.
• Conduct safety inspections on equipment before use and report any maintenance needs or hazards immediately.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating loader machinery, excavators, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices related to waste management or recycling operations is advantageous.
• Valid certification for forklift operation or heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
