As a key member of our facilities maintenance crew, you will utilize your cleaning expertise to ensure that every area meets high standards of hygiene and presentation. We value motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to keep our spaces spotless and well-maintained.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies</li><li>Conduct detailed floor care procedures to maintain optimal appearance and safety standards</li><li>Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation with precision and efficiency</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of industrial or commercial spaces through specialized cleaning techniques tailored to each environment</li><li>Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to support overall building operations</li><li>Operate cleaning machinery including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively</li><li>Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors</li><li>Support additional porter responsibilities like moving supplies or furniture as needed for special projects or events</li><li>Document completed tasks accurately in logs or reports to ensure accountability and ongoing facility standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning practices</li><li>Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care and window washing,</li><li>Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, and related tools</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks involving standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and prolonged periods of walking or climbing ladders</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering top-quality cleanliness.
