Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and record daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.</li><li>Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile variances.</li><li>Work with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand.</li><li>Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are applied for all food items.</li><li>Track shelf life and report expired or damaged items.</li><li>Prepare inventory reports for management and support internal/external audits.</li><li>Maintain accurate data in inventory systems.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in inventory control, preferably in the food &amp; beverage industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of stock rotation and food safety practices (HACCP, ISO, FSSC is a plus).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Salary - 250 KDREADY TO JOIN!Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD250.000 per month
