 Perform the root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns &amp; find a permanent solution.

 Doing root cause analysis to reduce routine problems or trivial break down complaints.

 Ensure completion of the appropriate documentation, as required time to time.

 <li>
 Attending to urgent matters as they arise depending on the priority analysis.

 Spare Part Management
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining the optimum level of inventory of all the critical spare parts.
 </li>

 Responsible for process enhancements/development jobs as per the plant requirements.
 </li>

 Making Modifications/Amendments on the spare parts with a focus on cost saving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure carry out in-house low-cost automation projects to meet customer expectation.

 Secretary to CXO
 
 to provide executive support to our leadership office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with high professionalism. Ideal candidate need to have ability to communicate &amp; manage senior external stakeholders
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage the CXO&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact between the CXO&rsquo;s office and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparation of presentations, analysts, reports, and communication materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring timely closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in event planning, team engagements, and leadership reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the CXO&rsquo;s office.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ambitious Graduate / post graduate in any discipline; Additional certifications / degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 6&ndash;14 years of experience supporting senior leadership/executive office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exposure to tools like Power BI is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of work commitment, professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to align with executive&rsquo;s work timings and schedules, e.g. during travel
 </li>
