• Achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Meet electrical maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Accomplish electrical maintenance human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees; communicating job planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; planning and encouraging the team to follow policies and procedures.
  
  

Preventive Maintenance

• Monitoring Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive & Proactive maintenance are conducted on time.
• Checking and assessing plant and equipment health as necessary on regular basis.
• Escalating critical issues related to electrical maintenance needs of the plant, equipment and accessories.
• Making recommendations for improvements on systems and processes based on assessment done.
• Monitoring the right task allocation based on their experience and capacity to technicians and to support with quick and robust decision making.
• Ensuring completion of appropriate preventive maintenance documentation and internal records as per ISO specifications.
  
  

Break Down Maintenance

Utilities/Enhancements

Perform the root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns & find a permanent solution.

Doing root cause analysis to reduce routine problems or trivial break down complaints.

Ensure completion of the appropriate documentation, as required time to time.

Attending to urgent matters as they arise depending on the priority analysis.

Spare Part Management

• Responsible for maintaining the optimum level of inventory of all the critical spare parts.
• Responsible for process enhancements/development jobs as per the plant requirements.
• Making Modifications/Amendments on the spare parts with a focus on cost saving.
• Ensure carry out in-house low-cost automation projects to meet customer expectation.
  
  

Compliances

• To ensure compliance & Clearance from Government bodies to avoid any statutory violence.
  
  

Safety Perspective

• Ensuring Overall departmental compliances related to safety as per SOPs.
  
  

MIS Reports / Documentation

Responsible for providing Comparison sheets for Target Planned Vs Achieved / Breakdown Occurrence & Analysis / Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) taken to management on daily / weekly / monthly basis etc.
