Join us in delivering high-quality care that improves lives every day.Responsibilities (Vary by Position)<ul><li>Assist with patient activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.</li><li>Perform vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and basic assessments to ensure patient well-being.</li><li>Administer medications via injections or IV infusion following strict aseptic techniques and medication protocols.</li><li>Support complex medical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, or wound care under supervision.</li><li>Document patient information accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings such as ICU, trauma centers, or outpatient clinics to coordinate comprehensive care plans.</li><li>Provide specialized care for populations including geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice and palliative services.</li></ul>Requirements (Vary by position)<ul><li>Valid CNA certification or LPN license; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) must have hands on component (AHA or ARC).</li><li>Experience working in healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings.</li><li>Proficiency with Point Click Care EMR.</li><li>Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing techniques.</li><li>Ability to perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing and laboratory procedures.</li><li>Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology terminology and diagnostic evaluation methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and health coaching; experience working with diverse populations including children and seniors is a plus.
