CNAs, LPNs and RNs Mechanicsburg Up to $55/hr

Responsibilities (Vary by Position)

  • Assist with patient activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Perform vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and basic assessments to ensure patient well-being.
  • Administer medications via injections or IV infusion following strict aseptic techniques and medication protocols.
  • Support complex medical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, or wound care under supervision.
  • Document patient information accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings such as ICU, trauma centers, or outpatient clinics to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
  • Provide specialized care for populations including geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice and palliative services.

Requirements (Vary by position)

  • Valid CNA certification or LPN license; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) must have hands on component (AHA or ARC).
  • Experience working in healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings.
  • Proficiency with Point Click Care EMR.
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing techniques.
  • Ability to perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing and laboratory procedures.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology terminology and diagnostic evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and health coaching; experience working with diverse populations including children and seniors is a plus.
