Our dispatchers work with real trucks, real freight, and real operational accountability &mdash; not scripts or theory.We are expanding and seeking experienced OTR spot market dispatch professionals who understand high-level broker negotiation, rate strategy, and revenue-focused freight management.This is NOT an entry-level opportunity.
